New Year's night

People may ask - is she obsessed with fireworks?

And the answer would be - yes, yes I am. ^^ But it works, doesn't it?

In my mind, this would be a little moment after the Winter War; being injured (hey, even healers can only heal so much before getting tired, especially if there are many people to attend to... which means, big wounds get treated immediately, everything else heals the old-fashioned way ^^), both of them preferred remaining home for New Year's Eve, while the rest of the family went to a temple (Isshin specifically insisted that the rest of the family go to a temple and leave the two of them alone ^^).

Naturally, the moment Rukia found the fireworks she rushed outside to try them out, and Ichigo had no choice but to follow her with a blanket - hey, he CAN be rational when not in the middle of a battle!

Of course, he ended up giving her his sweater anyway. ^_^ Good old Ichigo. You're both gonna get colds the day after this, you know?
